Spiro is a great guy. He managed to fit me in before Christmas and did a great quality job repairing my couch. The repair was reasonably priced too.

I had speakers imported from the UK and one of them unfortunately suffered damage to one edge in transport. I contacted Pride and Joy to enquire about repairing it. After some photos exchanged and friendly and fast correspondence, Spiro had me booked in within a couple of weeks for an in home service to repair the damage. Well, the work and craftsmanship were top tier, and to top it off Spiro is kind, honest, funny and a real pleasure to deal with. He approaches his work like a piece of art and if you have high expectations of how a repair will look, he will surpass them. Even Ted approves 😜 Just can’t thank Spiro and the team at Pride and Joy enough for their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any furniture repairs needed…in fact, I insist 🤩
Spiro is a genius artist and a lovely person all rolled into one! I was in awe to watch him work his magic with fabulous workmanship and skills to fix a cabinet we had just purchased and then damaged on its journey home ; the paint was a non-standard home mixed colour; Spiro used his extensive experience and artistry to mix his colours and persisted till he achieved a perfect flawless finish… pictures attached to prove his magic is real. Spiro was lovely enough to review and plump up a favourite rocker arm chair that desperately needed some filling up … I had not booked this job and was just asking if it was something he does and he just made it happen despite having another appointment to go to across town. Totally honest about what he can do for you, great at what he does and so darn reasonable for the artist he is. Definitely would not hesitate to call him for any furniture fixes and would highly recommend him to anyone who has any furniture that needs TLC Thanks Spiro!
