Brad at ProTouch automotive will restore your faith in workmen. He is nothing short of brilliant! Very professional, honest and reliable. If I could give 10 stars I would. The front bumper of my new car was damaged when someone reversed into it when I was parked at work. My insurance company wanted me to use one of their approved repairers but they took an age to get in touch and it was impossible to get through to them on the phone and so I decided to go with Brad at ProTouch automotive instead. I am so glad I did. He replied very quickly to my initial enquiry, explained the whole process to me, carried out the work to a very high standard and had the work finished in the time frame he initially gave me. What was unbelievably impressive, though, was that he gave up his Saturday afternoon to come to my house to investigate a warning light that had shown on my dash when I was driving home from his workshop. This turned out to be due to dirt on a sensor due to the ice and grit on the roads and was easily rectified and nothing at all to do with the work carried out, but due to his professional pride Brad wanted to investigate this to make sure all was okay with the car since he had just returned it to me. I would definitely use ProTouch automotive again and would highly recommend Brad to anyone who needs repairs done to the bodywork of their vehicle.
Brads knowledge is second to none, let alone his work, it is absolutely incredible - to say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. Fast turn around, absolutely faultless and got my car returned absolutely immaculate after a valet (which was not expected at all). The updates he provides is also an amazing, nice touch. Would recommend to everyone without hesitation. No where else I’d ever take my car. Thanks again Brad!
Brad is a very conscientious worker. He wants to have the best job done for you. And where some would do a more ‘standard’ repair using filler, he works to have replacement parts that ensures the repair is to a high standard and has zero likelihood of causing issues in the future. I’ve found him very reasonable to work along with whilst also dealing with my insurer. He was very accommodating and even touch up another bit so all blended seamlessly with the repair. Highly recommend and will be using him again.
Brad at ProTouch Automotive was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he complete the repair work to a very high standard, but he also went above and beyond by doing extra work free of charge, without me even asking. What really impressed me was how accommodating he was—he even let me collect my car on a Sunday, which is well outside their normal working hours. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare these days. The whole process was smooth, communication was clear, and the car came back looking perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brad and the team at ProTouch. Honest, professional, and genuinely helpful.
We are so glad we found Brad. He is very professional and explained everything in great detail. The prices are fair for the high-quality service he provides. He also sent us pictures of the work progress, which definitely gave us confidence. We were especially impressed, I accidentally scratched my car on the other side again after making appointment, and he still provided an extra service to fix it. He is truly passionate about his work. There is no doubt that he deserves a high recommendation.
