Excellent experience! In and out in 10 minutes(came first thing in the morning on a weekeday). All the people that were working there were super kind. All inspections going forward will definitely be with them!
This place is a hidden gem! The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes! They have competitive pricing, too.
If you have your insurance out and ready, these guys get you processed FAST. I’ve used them a handful of times over the years and never waited longer than 10-20 minutes. For little to no wait, getting there before heading to the office on a weekday (like by 8:30) is especially good, even in the last week of the month.
Fantastic experience! I googled where to get emissions testing, and Quix was one of the first hits. I picked at random. I will ABSOLUTELY go back here, including for other future car needs! The boss dude and all of the staff were efficient and friendly, and no one made me feel bad about my old beater car or the fact I had no idea what I was doing. It was in & out in minutes, AND they did multiple other emissions tests for other clients right before and after me without any delays. And, the main guy went above and beyond by giving me a printout of the Dallas county tax assessor locations, without me even asking! A++ for efficiency/timeliness, friendliness, competence, and integrity (they offered to meet a few other obvious needs, like my busted wipers, but made it clear it was not required for this test)
I would absolutely suggest going here if you need an inspection done - they were quick, efficient, and friendly. The price was VERY reasonable too (and you pay a little less if you pay in cash!). Extra shout-out to Deandre for being so helpful and nice!
