Absolutely delighted with the service at R Farmer jewellers. I had an old mains powered clock that stopped working and had sentimental value. They ordered the specific parts in and kept me well informed about the progress. The lady working there was very pleasant to deal with and had it back to me in mint condition at a fantastic price for the new mechanism!
