Rascher Plumbing is professional through and through. When setting an appointment, the client can share their concern with a real person, and then the right solutions are scheduled. Jason Jennings was my technician today, and he was timely, courteous, and thoroughly offered explanations to my questions. I would highly recommend Rascher Plumbing and Jason J to everyone in need of a plumber.
Jason called ahead at the agreed time, showed up promptly, and fixed both our problems in just over an hour. These were a toilet that kept draining and a chronically-clogged shower drain. He fixed these quickly and expertly, also fixing the water connection to the toilet (that we hadn't known was busted). I'm very impressed. This is another example of a Rascher plumber doing a great job, as I have come to expect from them!
Rascher moved our water heater and rough plumbed our basement bathroom to my exact specs. We are very pleased with their work and look forward to completing the remodel project this year. Great local company.
