As this was our first purchase in NYC, we lacked knowledge of the local process which is quite different from CA and NV. This meant that we needed a local expert which we found in Carolina. Throughout the process, Carolina demonstrated the utmost professionalism, patience and a strong customer focus. She proactively provided us updates and was quick to respond when questions came up.
