We had a great initial conversation with Amy about our needs and she was quick to provide us with options to start considering. We also provided options to Amy and she efficiently arranged all of the viewings that we wanted. We had a fun time looking at apartments with Amy. She asks a lot of great questions, and gave us a lot of food for thought as we looked at each option. The apartment we ended up deciding to purchase was one that was a suggestion from Amy and wasn't even on our radar. Amy was there for us and responsive throughout the whole process from research through purchase. From the start, Amy was so thoughtful about our wants and needs for our new home, and was extremely knowledgeable about the NYC real estate market - down to each neighborhood. She was responsive each time we requested a showing (and there were a lot!) and was always kind and thoughtful throughout the process. Even after one of our deals fell through, she maintained her positive energy and knew we would find our perfect home. Amy was an absolute joy to work with, and a true gem in this industry.
