Restoration Roofing of Spokane was professional, candid, and easy to work with from start to finish. They communicated clearly, set realistic expectations, and were transparent about pricing. I did not experience any surprises or pressure. It was refreshing to work with a contractor who explained the options honestly and followed through on their promises. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.
Rick (my brother!) and Brandon at Restoration Roofing have one of the best roofing companies in Spokane. I needed a complete re-roof on my home in Indian Trails, up in northwest Spokane - I even sprang for their “new roof / free gutter” deal they have going. Why would I pass that up? lol But even though I’m family and asked for a “special family discount” - I didn’t get it, but the free gutters made up for it. :) AND… then I got 5 other quotes from all the “major” Spokane area roofing companies - guess what I found? They couldn’t beat the quality offered, and at Restoration Roofing’s pricing - it was the best mix of quality/price. :) Win-win-win. And I got the free gutters for my home - which now provide optimal water management and defense against Spokane's fall and winter weather. My old gutters were giving me some problems around my basement’s egress windows, so the new gutters helped mitigate that. Then, there’s the dozens of 5.0 reviews from other local Spokane homeowners and investors? It made my roofing decision easier - I wanted the best Spokane roofing contractor. I’ve obviously known them both through close personal and business connections, and have been involved with them in different community events over the years. But, I've also seen their residential roofing work up close on multiple homes since they’ve got started, so I knew what I was absolutely going to get. Rick, Brandon, and their entire roofing team delivered top-notch work on my new roof for my home (from project start to finish) - they’re some of the most skilled roofers in the entire Spokane and Spokane Valley area. One of the many things I appreciated, they cleaned up the job site every single day. I didn’t even have to ask. I can say their entire team has also mastered the advanced techniques for emergency roof repairs in Spokane to address leaks from winter storm damage - a couple years ago they fixed a roof leak around a skylight in my last home I had before I upgraded to my new house (the new one that got a new roof and free gutters). During the entire process (for both the roof repairs and my new residential roof replacement), Rick was outstanding at explaining all of the technical roofing processes, he was able to educate me on the roof repairs, and walked me through all the different options for my options for a new roof - I was surprised at the amount of options. But what I’ve seen that truly sets them apart is their commitment to their customer’s best interests - they take the time to understand what you’re going through, what you actually need (it might not be a new roof - they also offer “roof rejuvenation”, my roof was too old), and then they provided actual, honest feedback that helped me make the best decision for me and my home’s value. :)
This was a all around great experience - from the first contact, to the free estimate and the completed service - every associate was very professional and always gave me a sense of confidence in the organization. I would recommend Restoration Roofing and the Roof Maxx treatment without reservation!
I would definitely use Restoration Roofing again. Everyone from, Rick, Brandon, Brett and the crew that did the job were excellent. Great price and great communication, from updating me on their progress to answering all my questions. They also did an excellent job of cleaning out my gutters and even cleaned up the pine needles and leaves that were in the gutters. I couldn’t be happier. I feel so much better about my roof now. Thanks again for everything. Highly recommend this company!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
I would recommend Restoration Roofing to anyone! They helped me on short notice and worked with my schedule! My gutters look excellent! They also used a spray in my roof to guarantee after 5+ years of life! Rick and Chad were reliable and compassionate workers! They did more than I thought, for less money than I expected! 10/10 will use them again when I need services!!!
