Over the weekend my Honda Civic was hit on the left side by a deer causing damage to the side fender, and doors. I was looking for a quick repair to the body, and decided to take my vehicle into RG3 since it’s conveniently located near my job. On my initial visit I was attended to by Patrick, who gave me a rundown and an estimate, I opted out for a majority of the cosmetic repairs, as I was really concerned with the left fender that was bended in and driver side door that was not opening properly. Next day I dropped off the vehicle and was kept in the loop by Evelyn when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Overall, I am real satisfied with their services, RG3 team had placed the order for the left fender, and had it installed by the next day. The driver door was also repaired and now opens fully. Very great job performed by the crew, and customer service was excellent and communicative. I definitely will recommend to anyone looking to get any auto body repairs! This shop is a 10/10. The exceptional care and customer service at RG3 Collision gave me peace of mind. My daughter got herself in to a little fender bender leaving the other vehicle with a minor rear bumper dent and some scratches. My vehicle had front bumper damage. I took my vehicle to a “network” shop our insurance provided and without touching the car, they said they could see frame damage just by looking at it and to be prepared for a total-loss claim. I wasn’t willing to accept that but if I allowed this network shop to remove parts for further assessment, they would not place it back together should they deem it total-loss. I asked them not to touch the car and on my way to pick it up, I immediately called RG3 Collision on Walzem and they took my call & concerns with grace and understanding. I drove my car from the network shop straight to RG3 Collision where they looked under the hood and vehicle. They weren’t seeing any reason for a total-loss and said my vehicle would be ready in a few weeks. Flor & Patrick at RG3 Collision are professional, communicative and responsive. I would recommend RG3 Collision to everyone!!
