Excellent service, quick estimate, helpful in Dealing with insurance, repair was done under estimated time and my car looks brand new! The people are friendly and helpful and I would for sure use them again! Highly recommend!
Made a call this morning about getting a quote for my son’s truck. The office girl I quote “ if you’d be quiet I’ll tell you” I told her save it for someone else. If you don’t have 5 seconds to hear me I’ll not take 10 mins for her. Terribly rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t take anything to this location on south parkway if it meant I drive to Birmingham. Do better
This locally-owned business is one of my favorites. They've treated our family with kindness and respect, whether we've brought in a Volvo or, like last time, a 2009 Matrix with more than 200,000 miles. The store manager, Kane, and receptionist, Jeni, nailed the whole customer service thing! I even got an email from Dillon updating the progress. Thanks to the Walker family for building an amazing team. And thanks to that amazing team for excellent service. I should also mention that the work itself was impressive. A tree had fallen on our daughter's car, crushing the hood and smashing the window, and I swear it looks better now than when we bought it (used) a few years ago.
Cain and Mike kept me updated and explained the process of the repairs to me after my car accident. They communicated with me and my insurance and informed me every step up the way. Rod’s Custom has great customer service and they did a fantastic job fixing my car. 10/10 would recommend.
If there’s such a thing as having a pleasant experience with a body shop, it would have to be at Rod’s Custom Collision Repair Center at their South Memorial Parkway location. After a fender bender with my Lexus I called the local dealership to see who they recommended, and it was Rod’s Custom. Given that the South Parkway location was closest to me, I went there. My insurance company had given me a choice of three other places but I was skeptical of that. So I showed up at Rod’s. I hit them at a busy time but was given a seat and didn’t have to wait long. Estimator came out, took some photos, and said they would get on it. Rod’s gave me contact info for Enterprise Rentals right down the street. Enterprise showed up in a few minutes with a free ride to their office, whereupon I was put in a nearly new vehicle inside of 5 minutes. Given the extent of damage to my 2023 Lexus, several parts were required, and there was a considerable amount of negotiation between Rod’s and my insurance which they handled totally. No problem since I was driving an excellent rental. Finally I got my SUV back and it looked great! Had one almost invisible problem with headlight assembly alignment corrected within 10 minutes. Total out of pocket was only my deductible and my vehicle is flawless. Jenny, the office manager, is extremely sharp and very courteous. Kane is a wonder worker and his crew is top notch. Mike, their estimator, put me totally at ease when I first called him. You will not find better people or a more satisfactory outcome to your vehicle structural repair. I am truly impressed and have gone back to them for some minor self-funded repairs on my other Lexus. Look no further for collision repair than Rod’s Custom South!
