Roka boutique is one of those rare intimate shopping experiences where you walk in a stranger and leave a friend...with style. The girls go above and beyond in carefully curating suggestions if you so desire, and are eager to suggest where to grab a bite to eat or a new fun local business to check out.
One of my favorite stores to shop.. well use to be. Came in recently to shop and the employees would not leave me alone! The first time they asked if I needed help, I kindly said no thank you, the second time they asked if I wanted a fitting room, I again, replied kindly and said no. They continued , no exaggeration, every 5-10 minutes asking if I needed anything. The shop is not big, it’s a clothing store. There isn’t much help I would need anyhow. I just wanted to enjoy my time away from my kids and go shopping. I couldn’t even think straight with how much they were bothering me. I unfortunately will not be shopping here anymore. The customer service is just too much. They need to learn how to read the customers. No one likes to go into a store and be completely harassed.
