Rokah karate is an incredible place! Sensei Avi and Sensei Ruth are beyond incredible! They make my son feel like a million bucks and encourage him to never give up! He has learned so much and looks forward to his karate classes each week! He is always greeted in a positive way and guided in such a respectful way as well! I could not recommend this place enough for any child who wants to learn karate and better themselves Thank you so much for creating such a special environment! .
Dear Ruth and Avi (and all Sensei at Rokah Karate) We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact that Rokah Karate and its amazing instructors have had on my son over the past 10 years. Initially, there were moments when he wanted to give up, but with the unwavering support and encouragement from his sensei, he persevered. This dedication not only helped him grow physically and mentally, but it also played a crucial role in his safety. When he was attacked by a group of older boys, the skills and confidence he gained from karate made a life-saving difference. Outstanding Karate Dojo for Kids I have been highly impressed with Rokah Karate Dojo where my 3 kids, two sons and a daughter has been practicing karate. The dojo creates a welcoming and disciplined environment that focuses on both physical skill development and character-building values. The instructors are excellent—patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the kids’ progress. They have a deep understanding of karate and know how to teach it in a way that makes the classes both fun and educational. My kids always looks forward to the sessions. The dojo’s curriculum is well-structured, focusing on the fundamentals of karate while encouraging students to push their limits. I appreciate how they emphasize not only techniques but also respect, self-discipline, and confidence, which has been invaluable for my children’s growth both in and out of the dojo. The atmosphere is supportive and family-friendly. The other parents and students are respectful, and there is a strong sense of community and special friendship , we just came back from a trip to Arizona where the kids participated on a karate competition and even got some medals 🏅 It was not only exciting but inspiring also to see how all the students and their parents encourage and support like a big family and all that made our trip to be unforgettable . we might participate on this USA team on at Spain 🇪🇸🙌 Since joining, my kids has made incredible progress, not only in terms of karate skills but also in discipline and focus. The rank advancement is fair and well-deserved, which motivates the kids to keep improving. It’s clear that the dojo fosters a love for martial arts and personal growth. I highly recommend Rokah Karate to any parent looking to enroll their child in karate. It’s an excellent place for kids to learn, grow, and develop lifelong ! My family has been part of the Rokah Karate community for many years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experiences we've had there. My son attended Rokah Karate for six years, and my daughter just started gymnastics at Rokah. Avi and Ruth are not only excellent teachers, but they are also wonderful role models for children. They have a way of making every child feel seen, heard, and valued, which has made a tremendous difference in my children's lives. Their passion for what they do is infectious, and it's evident in the progress my kids have made under their guidance.
