The whole staff was very friendly! I was promptly pulled back at my appointment time and was out within 30 mins…so unheard of and rare to find! Dr Ramirez was fabulous. She was nice, attentive and let me speak. I loved our game plan and left feeling heard and satisfied. I would definitely recommend.
I never write reviews as I find it embarrassing to put my name on thoughts I consider private, but I’m making an exception because of the sustained level of excellent experience with Dr. Ramirez. To keep it brief: I drive approximately 4 hours round trip to see her when possible even though I have another dermatologist in the city where I live for essentially the same treatments I receive from Dr. Ramirez. They are both highly skilled doctors. In addition, Dr. Ramirez is a great communicator. She listens well, is straightforward, and is only ever complimentary to her patients and colleagues. She’s down to Earth, easy to talk to, and makes patients feel comfortable. This contributes to an increased level of trust beyond that in specialty related skill. I always leave feeling better about myself and happy I made the drive. I’ve also always had good experiences with the staff at Rose Dermatology.
I followed Dr Ramirez from another practice. She listens to your concerns and addresses all questions. She is one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever encountered and her staff are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend her and often refer friends and family to her.
This med spa and dermatology clinic is absolutely gorgeous! I literally called and scheduled an appointment for the next day by the most efficient staff member. I called initially to just inquire about having a skin tag removed asap and ending up falling in love with the entire practice when I checked in. From the warm smiling reception area and staff to the very friendly and informative PA who calmed my nerves and educated me throughout the quick in and out procedure. Do yourself a favor and book them. Whether it’s private pay or insurance (they accept a ton) just do it. Looking forward in going back for a hydrafacial with derma planing soon.
I just had my third visit at Rose Dermatology, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Ramirez takes the time to explain everything clearly, so I felt confident about my care. I absolutely love my results and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Rose Dermatology to anyone looking for excellent care and amazing results!
