Thank you for looking so well After our boy Alfie who was brought to Sash with severe acute pancreatitis. He stayed 6 days in intensive care. We are very grateful that Alfie is still alive and hopefully continues to recover fully.
This was our first contact with an emergency Vet practice. SASH have kind and thoughtful reception staff who promptly assessed the situation and got us to come in. The intake process was easy & the initial Vet was empathic, unflappable and mindful of our stress & Montys. Everything was explained before we left Monty in their care; he was very sick. The regular Vet updates, nurse updates with photos and comments do mean a lot when you are worried about your pet. All the Vets took time to explain, explore options and genuinely listened to our concerns but importantly our knowledge of Monty; his quirks, habits and demeanour. We felt integral to his care. Reception staff worked efficiently but with compassion. We didn’t meet many nurses but the two we did were kind & approachable. It’s not a cheap business providing expert Vet care however we were kept informed and our choices respected. We would not hesitate to return with our old dog Monty.
Everyone we met at SASH North Adelaide were very kind , professional and caring towards our little fox terrier ‘Georgie’. All surgery and post op treatment was explained clearly to us by the vet and vet nurses. We had confidence in their ability to repair Georgie’s leg. Georgie was well cared for during his 2 night stay in hospital. Georgie is recovering well at home. Thank you SASH for looking after Georgie.
Great consultations informative thorough compassionate Lovely staff & clean bright environment. Our dogs procedure went smoothly and we were kept well informed during his stay. Post op info and medication well presented & instructions clear and easy to follow. Adequate parking...just dont leave to the last minute to park on premises just incase. Street parking available if necessary. A fantastic experience during a stressful time for our dog & family. Thanks SASH for looking after Aidan
Our experience with SASH has been great. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The vet and vet nurses were also friendly, knowledgeable and informative and we felt very reassured that our fur baby was in good hands for his surgery. Initially we weren’t sure how our boy would go because he suffers from anxiety (especially when at the vet), but once having the initial consultation, we were confident he would be okay. We also appreciated getting a few photo updates whilst he was in the hospital. All in all, SASH provided an excellent service. Thank you 🙂
