I've been going to Scottsdale ProTech for a couple of years now. I was referred to them when I needed a new transmission for my SUV. Definitely not a fun situation, but they quoted me a great price, worked fast, and made sure that everything was properly taken care of. Since then, they've also been nice enough to give my battery a jump when it died on me at work. I work about ten minutes away from their shop, but a towing bill would still easily be more than $100. Having the option to drive my own vehicle to their shop was a huge help and something that most other companies wouldn't bother to offer. I strongly recommend Scottsdale ProTech! 👍

I recently purchased a 2015 Range Rover with an extended warranty. I took my Rover to Scottsdale ProTech and they were so easy to work with and happily contacted my warranty company and got Evelyn covered. While I was there, I decided to have them perform some scheduled maintenance and a few non covered items because their pricing was so reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased with the work, happy with the price and most of all I was surprised by the exceptional customer service and communication. I will ONLY take my Rover to Scottsdale ProTech from now on. I highly suggest you give them a try.
Took my older Audi Q7 in for oil change and the ProTech team was great. There was also a brake fluid leak that could have been way more expensive vs just a simple fix and they reached out to me quickly with options and costs. Luckily it was an easy fix, but I really appreciated the upfront info and communication. Will definitely go back if needed-they were great, quick and a pleasure to work with.
With an emergency suspension catastrophe, Andrew and Robert were able to help prioritize and get my car back on the road in no time! Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the level of service and work performed, they stood behind their word. I had to bring the car back for a height adjustment and they took care of it with urgency and the same level of care as always. I would HIGHLY recommend using their services to anyone.
