Steve is a fantastic trainer and I am so glad to be working with him. I have struggled with my fitness goals and lower back pain for almost 10 years, and this is the first time I have made progress. Steve is consistent, keeps diligent track of progress and is super encouraging. I am really grateful to have found Sculpt Fitness and encourage anyone else who is on the fence to give it a try.
My experience at Sculpt Fitness has been nothing short of amazing. Coming in, my goals were to strengthen my lower back to reduce back strain and tone up to maintain a higher overall level of fitness, and my trainer Nick helped me achieve both. He is incredibly professional and knowledgable, and intentionally tailors each workout to your specific needs. Every few weeks we will track our progress and adjust accordingly to always make sure we were on track to meet my goals. He is flexible with both his schedule and the types of workouts we do, so you can be as light or intense as the situation calls for. I would highly recommend him for anyone interested in trying out this gym!
I've made more progress in the last "fitness" push with Steve than any time before, and I can definitely see the results in the physiological changes. Lots of compliments from friends too. Very very very satisfied and excited to continue. Going from casually slim and somewhat in shape to feeling confident climbing mountains or participating in extreme sports is the best achievement yet.
My experience at Sculpt fitness has been amazing. My trainer Ellie is awesome and the facility is top notch. I highly recommend giving them a try in you're at all looking for personal training in Cleveland!
Sculpt Fitness is a fantastic gym. Clean, fully equipped and friendly environment. Macy is a terrific trainer: super positive, focused and generous with support and creative routines. In two months I dropped two body fat percentage points. Highly recommend.
