The Second Life store have some fantastic pieces! Charlotte was absolutely wonderful and had such great customer service and is super friendly!! Thank you for your kindness every time I visit the store.😊❤️ However, I can’t say the same for all staff there as I had a very negative experience with another staff member who made me feel very unwelcome and was rather condescending and decided to speak to a co-worker about her private life whilst “going through the items” I brought in (upon request of another lovely staff member) to which she took her sweet time (a good 15 minutes) and then sent her co-worker to tell me she was ready for me to only select 2 items out of 8… I would highly recommend AVOIDING TUESDAYS if you would like to be treated with respect and good quality service!! FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS are highly recommended their wonderful and kindhearted team member Charlotte whom (is the only team meet I am happy to speak to) is there and will treat you with the best customer service and make you feel WELCOME and not like a stranger!!

Bianca refused to take back an item with the tag still on and in the bag that I had bought the day before because I had doubts about the product's authenticity. I was willing to keep it if they had any way to provide an authenticity certificate but they didn’t. Avoid selling 'luxury' items if you cannot provide any certification! I was only given a voucher that could be used within 2 weeks and only when Bianca is there, even though she was on vacation during those two weeks. The clothes are overpriced and the staff is neither friendly nor professional. Avoid this place.
