Great service, very careful with packing and moving items. All furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and cling wrap. All boxes handled with care!! They are there to get things done right and timely!! Would definitely use them again!
Austin and Manny did a great job delivering my furniture. Even though they had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs both ways they didn’t complain not one time. They were professional and respectful the whole time. I would definitely recommend their services!
We called the owner with a request to do a quick move for our senior friend. He had to be out and into his new place in one day. This moving company came through in a big way. We were so impressed with this company. Our movers were Marquice and Louis. They were both kind, considerate and helpful. They looked us in the eye and shook our hands after it was all done. They double checked to make sure there was anything else that we needed. Thank you for a terrific job. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend this moving company enough. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in North Richland Hills to a single family home in North Fort Worth (Saginaw area). The professionalism of these movers is unmatched. The owner took the time to talk me through the move ahead of time including tips for packing and preparing for the day of the move. The estimate provided was clear, and reasonable and even included contingencies like if additional time is required and potential delays while traveling to the new address. On the day of the move one of the crew assigned to the job called in sick and the owner was able to step in immediately to keep the scheduled time of the move on track. Secured Moving Company goes above and beyond to make sure that they take care of your things, handling every item with care and ensuring communication is clear and every item is placed exactly where you want it. I also really appreciate that they provide a web link at the beginning of the move so that you can track where the truck (and your belongings are) while in route. What really makes Arthur and his team stand out is they way they not only meet expectations but go above and beyond to make the stress of moving as easy as possible. Arthur is very professional. He keeps in touch with clients and informs them of any changes or delays. Very courteous and prompt. The moving crew was equally as as professional and courteous. The crew was very cautious and took care in the products they were moving. The moving guys made very sure to keep things wrapped make sure they were secure in the truck. They even helped us put boxes back in storage when they were done getting the furniture out. When they arrived at the location, they very quickly came upstairs and asked us where we wanted everything. Once they determined where we wanted everything within 15 to 20 minutes, I had everything upstairs in the apartment in the room where it was going to go. We did have the option to have them set the furniture up we declined that option so we could decide where we wanted to place the furniture before it was put together. Everything was securely wrapped with shrink wrap to make make sure that no drawers came out. Nothing fell out. Nothing got scratched while everything was in the truck. It was wrapped very tightly with blankets mirrors anything breakable with secured against the wall of the truck with tie straps. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to give them a very reasonable prices and the staff and the movers are all very courteous and very helpful.
