Me and my husband are from NY and could not find a decent jeweler in our area. Than we met Sammy at Siegel. He was able to fins us a new wedding ring set, a name pendant, cuban link chain, and a name bracelet over the last few years. They know our budget and will always recommend the best items of quality. I went in for 1 pair of earrings on a very modest budget and came out with 2 pairs, insurance and a new favorite jewelry spot! Ms. Myra and Ms. Gabrielle were professional, accommodating and kind. Ms. Myra, particularly was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in navigating me through this new terrain (purchasing jewelry in a brick and mortar) and I am extremely grateful. The service provided by these ladies made me feel warm and seen, buying more than I planned...lol. They are not on commission. Take time to visit, it could be worthwhile. Located next to Dillard's in Greenbrier Mall.
I was just looking around with my husband when I spotted a Caladdaugh Irish Wedding ring in the showcase. I asked to see it and was the helped by Myra Davis who turned out to be the store manager. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything about the ring as well as anything else in the store. Like I said, I was just looking but had kinda been looking for one of those rings for a number of years. Myra went out of her way to help with the purchase ( she took a no sale and changed it into a sale). She help me unlock my credit to use the store financeing which was several hoops to jump through. She stayed patient the whole time and even did most of it for me herself. She was a delight to work with and made it a very pleasurable experience. I want to encourage anyone and everyone to go see Myra Davis and let her assist you with your next jewelry purchase. You will not be disappointed! The sale price she gave me sealed the deal. She is a true assist to the store!
Myra was extremely helpful in helping me with the process of picking out an engagement ring. She was determined to making sure I was walking out with what I was looking for and that I was satisfied and happy with the experience as a first time buyer. Enthusiasm was a 10, respect was a 10, very personable and great to talk with. She had amazing knowledge about everything and I knew I could trust her in helping me get what I needed.
