Recently I sold a townhome rental unit I had owned for over 15 years. I had to do a number of updates including kitchen, bathroom and some general repairs. When my real estate broker said it was time to have it staged, I was hesitant. That was yet another expense I wasn’t anticipating. I’ve never had staging before and I thought it was too expensive. But I went with his advice and used SET Staging because he had used them before. Given the updates I did, the unit looked fairly nice before SET Staging came in. But when I walked in the door after they had set up I was completely blown away. The place went from looking okay to absolutely fabulous. I mean, it was stunning. It looked very upscale and completely inviting. Every single room was individually tailored to its size, lighting situation, and purpose. I’m quite sure the final sale price was as high as it was due in large part to how it showed. I have another property I’ll be selling in the near future and I will absolutely use SET Staging. They are beyond stellar.
SET Staging was great to work with. They are efficient, reasonably priced, great contract terms and we got many compliments on the staging from buyers, some even wanted to buy all the furniture with the house! Highly recommend and we will definitely work with them again.
SET staging exceeded our expectations in the two main factors that are important to us, artistic ability and reliability. 1) SET was able to aptly match the style of their furnishing to the style of the house and place the furnishing to help tell the story of the house. We had two challenging rooms whose functionality were not clearly defined, and they nailed it. Prior to staging their designer was able to give us cost effective fixtures and surface color suggestions, including paint colors and flooring materials. 2) SET showed up when they said they would, and delivered a final product on time, and well ahead of Photography. Big plus for us. All in all, I would whole heartedly recommend SET staging, and look forward to working with them again

I just used SET Staging to stage a home in North Oakland and couldn't be happier. I was the list agent and have used a variety of staging companies over the years and feel good saying that SET was the best that I have used to date. They hit a really good combination of high quality furniture/accessories, awesome design sense, reasonable price, and a responsive and fun to work with team. The home sold for above expectations in a tough (higher interest rate) selling environment and the sellers couldn't be happier. Five plus stars and two big thumbs up! Thank you SET!
