We were introduced to Seth Williams through a mutual friend, and from the moment we reached out, he jumped right in to help us start our home search. He was responsive and knowledgeable and made the process feel much less overwhelming right from the beginning. Seth connected us with Luis, who ended up being our primary realtor. Luis was amazing! He was always available, no matter the time or how many questions we had. He came to open houses with us, checked out properties we were interested in, and walked us through every step of the process. From negotiating offers to explaining what to expect next, Luis made sure we felt informed and supported the entire way. As first-time homebuyers, having someone as reliable, patient, and dedicated as Luis made all the difference. Seth and his full team were great to work with. We worked with Seth, Kelley, and Madison and they were all excellent in explaining the sale process, helping us prep for open houses, and coordinating everything needed for the sale such as inspections, appraisals, and buyer requests. They were organized, very responsive, and did a great job managing the full process of selling our condo. I would highly recommend working with this team!

Seth and the team at Reference were a huge blessing for as we had to make a move on a compressed timeline.
