Andrew was overall friendly and ultimately successfully helped us purchase our condo, which turned out to be a costly nightmare shortly after closing. I don't feel like we received fully transparent advice from Andrew, though I blame myself for being too trustworthy. Do your due diligence and remember that the person helping you buy a home/condo is not free of potential conflicts of interest if the seller pays their commission.
Andrew did a fantastic job guiding us through our first home search and purchase. He's got a great eye for detail when touring houses and finds things that could be potential issues. He gave great advice regarding offers and negotiation, and he was also mindful of our budget and other requirements when suggesting places to check out. His prior legal experience also helped out a lot when going through P&S and closing. I felt Andrew did an excellent job representing our best interests and made sure we got the best outcome possible. I'd gladly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy a house in the area.
Andrew is a wonderful partner whether you're buying or selling! My first home purchase ever was with Andrew by my side in 2015. 10 years later, I sold that same condo with Andrew and even purchased a house with him. In all of my experiences with him, Andrew was very, very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and intentional about giving me the facts so that I myself could make an informed decision. He would offer multiple approaches and points of view and was clear that, ultimately, I was in the driver's seat and had the final decision. When my husband and I are ready to move on from our current home, we'll definitely be working with Andrew and his team.

We’d recommend Andrew to anyone, and when it’s time to sell our home, he’ll be the first person we call.
