My kid absolutely loves coming here but the staff attentiveness and customer service is absolutely horrible. We stood at the front counter for atleast 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. No information no nothing. Also they need to keep track of their capacity better. We had to wait to jump because of the capacity issue but there had been atleast 20 kids that have left but they just don’t keep track whatsoever
We were there for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. My 6 y/o had a blast. It is very large with different sets of trampoline, a warrior course for kids and foam pits. There are some arcade games and a concession stand with over priced drinks and snacks (normal for kid focuses venues). It was relatively clean given how crowded it was at that time. We didn't wait to get in as they had a separate party checkin desk.
We love coming to sky zone, especially on those rainy days when you just need to get the kids out of the house! The staff is always very kind and helpful, especially Vickey. She really goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable and welcome while keeping everyone safe. She’s also SO supportive and encouraging with the kids :)

Courtney, the General Manager, set the tone from the start—organized, attentive, and fully committed to making the day seamless. She handled every detail flawlessly. The team members who supported the party were incredible. They were friendly, patient with the kids, and stayed engaged the whole time. Because of them, I actually got to enjoy the party with my son instead of worrying about setup, timing, or cleanup. The facility was spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made every parent feel comfortable and safe—especially with so many toddlers bouncing around. The food was also a standout; guests kept commenting on how unexpectedly good everything tasted. On top of all that, the price point was refreshingly reasonable for the level of service, cleanliness, and overall experience we received. It felt like real value, not a typical “birthday upcharge.” I absolutely recommend SkyZone Bridgeville for any toddler-and-up birthday party or special event. They make the process effortless, fun, and truly memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
Our family absolutely loves this SkyZone location! We had our son’s birthday party here, and the prices were certainly reasonable. They also gave us an extra pizza for free, which was super awesome. The employees are engaged enough that my children know their names and even have fun playing with them at the center. We’ve never had any issues at SkyZone. As an added bonus, my husband loves being able to let his inner kid out too lol! SkyZone is very busy on weekends, and especially weekend evenings. Despite being fairly slow on the weekdays, we greatly appreciate their full operation hours on the weekdays! If you plan to return more than once in a month, I highly recommend just getting a membership. It is highly cost effective for frequent use.
