Socaz Painting did the best interior paint job I’ve ever seen. They went above and beyond in every way, and the inside of our house truly looks brand new. Noe was on top of every detail throughout the project, and the entire crew was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. Jeff was extremely thorough during the estimating process, and we paid exactly what we were quoted—no surprises. Honestly, I feel like we received more value than what we paid for. I would highly recommend Socaz Painting and will absolutely use them again in the future.
A++ work! They provided great recommendations, paid attention to details during prep work and made sure my wife was fully satisfied with the work ...and it's not easy to please my wife. Shutters and gutter downspouts were taken down and painted individually. And in the end, they ensured our painted wooden windows were free to open.
The Socaz paint project was executed with a level of outstanding service from start to finish. Timelines were met once project got started and the attention to detail was exceptional. Socaz Painting completed a fabulous job in several rooms in our home. The team arrived on time, was extremely professional & diligent over the 2 days and they completed the work in the originally provided timing. In addition, they cleaned up and left our home in the same condition as when they arrived. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their work and effort.
Socaz Painting and owner Torrance DeLeon is simply THE BEST! We live in Wakefield Estates and we wanted to hire the best painting company to paint our main house, pool house and children's playhouse. We did extensive research for almost a year; talking to friends, reading reviews, even looking at various houses that different companies referenced. We narrowed our search to (3) different painting companies. We interviewed each one and received proposals from each. All (3) were competively priced. Pricing is not why we chose Socaz Painting. How they differentiated themselves is QUALITY, SERVICE and their PEOPLE. We were made promises upfront on what we would expect: a project manager, the same painting crew everyday, cleanup every single day, a hands on owner who visited daily and personally oversaw the whole operation. In addition, a guarantee on our satisfaction. Socaz Painting delivered on everything! This is very rare in business; Promises made...Promises kept! Socaz Painting takes pride in their work. We felt like this was not a transaction but more of a relationship. Again very rare! We could have hired anyone to complete our project. We made the right decision. I would encourage you to hire them for your project no matter how big or small. We found THE BEST painting company here in the Triangle.
