I brought two vintage cigarette lighters in to be fixed. Basically, my lighters were forgotten about. In addition, I asked for an estimate before approving, or not approving, the work to be done. That was not done. The lighters were fixed without my approval. Also, I was told the lighters (one with a clock) were fixed. When I picked up the lighters the one with the clock was not fixed. The clock was never fixed and I was never informed of this by the owner. Nice enough people but poor customer service. PS: I was given a discount on the price to fix them both… but that wasn’t the point.

I had several family heirloom rings and a pearl necklace that I wanted to confirm the value. Betsy was able to provide me with an appraisal of materials in addition to cleaning the rings. Friendly friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like they had a nice variety of products for sale as well. Will consider for future purchases.
I just had the most lovely experience at this jewelry store! I've been a fan since they were at the Solano Ave location in Berkeley. This week, I wanted to have a very special ring turned into a pendant. They did an exquisite job of the project, AND they're lovely people. I will continue to patronize this business. So delighted!
My ring was SO BENT!! I came into their store with a broken heart. They were so kind and fixed my ring in a day with that did the most amazing job!
