I have been a customer at this store for circa 20 years, in fact it may even be a little longer. During this time I have bought new pieces of jewelry, had repairs done to my own jewelry, sought appraisals for insurance purposes and had watch straps and batteries replaced. Whatever problem I have presented to Jeffrey he has met the challenge. The owners and the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and polite. The service is exemplary. If you are looking for the best jeweler in the area look no further. I look forward to continuing to do business with this family owned company, they are a real find in today’s market place.
For the past 4 years each Holiday the designers at South Miami Jewelers have helped create beautiful gold bangles for my granddaughters to wear. They love and cherish them and are now family heirlooms. Everyone at South Miami Jewelers is amazing to work with. I live in Tampa and don’t shop anywhere else!
South Miami jewelers is a jewel of a store! Not only is their merchandise spectacular, but the owners truly get to know their customers and treat them like family. They are experts in their field with exquisite jewelry, but most importantly their customer service is truly incredible! It is a small town feeling in a big Miami city. Hard to believe but true. Took my grandfather’s vintage watch in for restoration as my son wants to wear it at his wedding. South Miami Jewelers & Watch did a truly OUTSTANDING job! The work was completed in a timely manner and at a good value. Ericka provided exceptional customer service as well. Highly recommend them for any watch or jewelry purchase or repair. I’ll be back!!
