The staff were very friendly and caring. They were super efficient as well. No long wait times in the lobby or in the room. I would highly recommend seeing them. It was closing time when we were leaving but they were not rushing us out the door. I bet they work late a lot of nights, especially during cold and flu season yet they kept their smiles on the whole time. They are also conveniently located in our area. Again, I highly recommend them!
First time here and very impressed. Check in was easy especially with their in-line waiting line. The receptionist was so friendly and put me at ease. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very calming and professional. The facility was clean and close to parking and just overall excellent experience especially compared to other urgent cares I have been to in the past in our area.-Amanda
Great, clean office with an efficient in and out experience. The doctor took my illness seriously, asked thoughtful questions, and had thorough conversations with me. I left feeling satisfied with the treatment and clear on the next steps. I would definitely return.
My first time to visit and I was very impressed. Front desk was very helpful and patient as she walked me through the check in process. The nurse was so courteous, sweet and professional. Rachel, Nurse Practitioner, was awesome. She went the extra mile, by taking chest x-rays, to try and make sure I was well before Christmas. I would definitely recommend Southern Urgent Care. We had such a wonderful experience! Every single person we encountered was so polite, kind, and genuinely happy to be there. The doctor was amazing,so easy to talk to and incredibly personable. He took his time with us, even asking about what school my daughter attends, which made the visit feel very personal and caring. It never felt rushed, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
