They offered a price for the job before they even came. I thought it was a little high but the job turned out to be time consuming and difficult and they stuck to their word on the price. Based on that, I would definitely recommend.
The place we bought the toilet from.. there was a manufacturing problem with the tank. Luke is going way above board to help resolve the problem. Luke is an awesome soul and I highly recommend Southside Plumbing! Thank you!
Southside plumbing was fantastic! From calling for service to the plumber coming out. Lucas came out and made us feel comfortable with the process. Showed us and explained the process! Southside is more than welcome to come back! Highly recommend!!
I am a disabled man, that is no longer able to do basic plumbing needs. I had Southside plumbing out as a referral from my Brother who had them out. After they were out and I had my experience. My brother said the plumber he had told him to shut the water off with a wrench, but never fixed the problem. Since he was here to repair a bath faucet, he said it would cost $1000 going through walls etc. He was in my house a few minutes. He charged $200 for nothing, a minor adjustment on the toilet. But would not fix why he was called. Also said they charge 10% more if you pay with a card so only wanted CASH! He could have repaired the shut off handle without going through walls, as it was! They lie! I do not recommend would never allow them in my house or on my property again. Customer Service there is non existent. Only nice when you set up service. They don't deserve one star.
I assure you not to use this company at all costs. Not trustworthy at all. I had XXXX out he is shady as they come. He was to fix a toilet that wouldn't quit running, replacing the guts for $180. I purchased the guts prior, he replace a flap claimed it was $20 Right like I can't go anywhere and get one for $2 plus the kit that was unopened had one in it. The shady thing is he adjusted the filler tube, did not replace it. I was in the room. He did NOT replace it. Then when I went to grab the box I purchased he took it and said he would dispose of it. HE STOLE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! These are very shady people and you should not trust them to do work in the house. Read the BBB, this one guy had a complaint about damage they did to their house, the owner then and now (He did sell out for millions this year but still runs it) He did run it before it went into his name when this complaint was filled. He claimed it was a new business. What a Joke! He also stated it was all new employees. The guy who came out has worked there his whole career. Which is over 20 years or more. THE LIES. They rig fixes without fixing. If you have to have them in your house, you better stay with them because they are not trustworthy!
