Evan was very thorough and patient with all his explanations. He took time to make sure I understood his instructions and helped me to navigate the new keyboard setup. He spent the time to load all my necessary applications and helped to arrange them on my screen. I found this entire process of migration from a PC to a Mac extremely easy with their help and not the horrible disaster I was dreading. I have no problem in recommending their sevvice.
