From the very beginning to the completion of my new roof & follow up, Rob & Geoff have been just terrific to work with. They coordinated the insurance process, established a schedule that worked for me, as well continual follow up after the installation. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work & confidently recommend them to prospective customers.
So impressed with this company! Matthew came out and assessed our roof. So professional and nice. Told me he did not see any issues at this time, but asked i keep his card if I ever have any problems. Better believe I will!
Although I was not actually the customer getting the roof install I had the opportunity to deal with Matt(project manager) and the professionalism displayed by Matt was way beyond expectations! St. Louis Residential has gone above and beyond in the replacement of our roof. We were in a tough predicament with the severe spring weather.
