I had microneedling done with Rochelle at the Queen Street location. Absolutely love coming here becuase of the knowledge and care. It’s kept my skin looking and feeling great for the last several years. Rochelle in particular showed great patience, care and knowledge. You can tell she’s really invested in her clients well being and enjoys her job. She’s passionate about what she does and it really comes through. Will absolutely continue to come back to Starlight at least quarterly to keep my skin looking amazing.
Absolutely in love with the customer service and services provided by the staff here. I cannot recommend Rochelle Torres enough as I have been seeing her for my laser hair removal sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, which put me right at ease. Her patience and communication is unmatched, she is meticulous with her work and always ensures I’m comfortable throughout the session. Aside from this I appreciate how much she ensured I was comfortable and made me feel like a friend rather than just another client. Looking forward to coming back to see her and booking a facial next !
I had an amazing facial today at Starlight Med Spa on Queen St with Rochelle, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in primarily for a hydration with extractions for small areas of congestion, and she was so thorough and gentle — I honestly left feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave great skincare advice that felt super personalized. You can tell she’s very experienced and truly cares about her clients’ skin. I really appreciated the aftercare recommendations too. Highly recommend! Thanks Rochelle we’ll be in touch.
I visited this clinic for the first time for a skin-care treatment and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, explained everything clearly, and recommended a routine that suited my skin. The treatment felt gentle and professional, and I already notice improvement. I’ll definitely come back.
5/5 ⭐️ Jay Nguyen (@butterskinbyjay) is honestly top tier. I’ve gone to him for the Starlight Glow facial and I just finished my 3rd microneedling session, and my skin keeps getting better — smoother, brighter, and more even. What I like about him is he actually knows skin, especially acne/sensitive, and he doesn’t rush the treatment. Clean setup, explains everything, and gives proper aftercare so you’re not guessing. On top of that, he’s genuinely an amazing person. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone looking for real skin results in Toronto.
