I truly never thought I needed hair extensions because my hair was already so long. Sydney convinced me to try them purely for volume, and my life has genuinely been changed ever since. I can confidently say I could never go back. They are unbelievably easy to maintain, incredibly lightweight, and I honestly forget they’re even in my scalp. There’s no heaviness, no discomfort, nothing pulling — just fuller, healthier-looking hair that moves and feels like my own. Sydney also set me up with all of her recommended products to properly care for them, and I love how soft, clean, and healthy my hair feels using them. On top of the results, her space is amazing — super clean, very well lit, and so comfortable. It feels calm, elevated, and relaxing the entire time you’re there. Sydney has been my life savior. When I had came to AZ it was hard to find an extension stylist that actually took the time and cared about her work and my hair/scalp. Had experience awful work out here which made my hair thin/bald spots. Since finding Sydney my hair is healthy, not itchy, no bald spots, no slippage and most importantly it’s actually growing again. Getting hair extensions has been on my wish list for the past few years. About five years ago, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and lost a significant amount of my hair. I always hoped it would grow back, but it never did. I already had fine hair, and losing so much made it even stringier, which left me not feeling like myself. My hair also became drier due to the medication I now take, and I was nervous about adding more “stress” to my hair by getting extensions. Then I came across Mari’s page and saw that she specializes in thin and fine hair, which encouraged me to book a consultation. She is absolutely amazing! Mari answered all of my concerns and even called me after the appointment when I had more questions and anxieties. I changed my mind multiple times about how many rows of extensions I wanted, and each time, she was incredibly supportive, making sure I felt comfortable with whatever decision I made. As someone with a lot of hair trauma from losing so much, having someone as understanding as Mari made the process so much easier. I decided to go with one row since it was my first time getting extensions and I wanted to see how my hair would respond. The installation process was super easy—I even brought my laptop and worked during it. The transformation in my hair is incredible! I feel like my old self again and couldn’t be happier. The extensions are so comfortable that I barely notice them. I even went to Disneyland a week after the installation with no issues. In fact, at disney I saw so MANY people with visible hair tracks after the rides, and I was so grateful for Mari’s stallation because my tracks never showed once lol. I’m so happy I finally got them and couldn’t recommend Mari and the studio enough.
