I was really impressed with this place after getting my car serviced for the first time. They got me in same day 1 hour after calling, their online interface is very helpful and informative with prices etc, and they send you a full inspection report with picture and descriptions of every item which I loved. Prices are reasonable and their text/phone communication was stellar. Highly recommend.
I had a truly fantastic experience with this shop! They're very thorough and very tech-forward in really useful ways (e.g. they text you updates to keep you in the loop every step of the process and you can literally watch them working on your car in real time through a live camera!). The report they issued was very thorough and written in a way that even a non-mechanical person like myself was able to understand. And their customer service is exceptional: it's easy to get a human on the phone and their staff is incredibly patient. When I had questions about my report, the person I spoke with (sorry I didn't get a name!!) took 20+ minutes to walk me through everything and help me understand exactly what was needed and when and why. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care.
honestly, I was in a huge rush to get my wheels mounted today (Christmas Eve) and Stress Free Auto Care took care of me within the first phone call, told them if they were free today and said they could get me in the next 15min. No haggle on pricing, straight forward and got right to what I needed. Got me in and out in under 1hr with a wheel service I requested, the service advisors and the phone messaging/emails were spot on to when the vehicle was being worked on and when it was ready for pick up, unlike many places saying it’s ready but you arrive and they said give them about 30min - 1hr to get my car ready. Stress Free Auto Care just gained a new customer locally to SF as well!
Flexible, friendly, and decent hours. Was able to drop off a vehicle after hours. The staff was communicative and detailed, giving full information regarding the diagnostic and answering any follow-up questions. Though I didn’t go through with the service due to the price, it was still a good experience with the staff and diagnosis of my car.
This particular repair shop is Vital in setting the standard in this field. Policy & procedure applied here reflects the business ownership in ways that I can only describe as going above & beyond. I appreciate the staff & their efforts to give an explanation behind quality work. Cohesive & Comprehensive service. For the very best around, let these guys handle all ur vehicular repair needs!
