I took my Movado in to have the battery replaced a few months ago. They did it while I waited. Very well priced and the people there were extremely professional and friendly. Just last week I dropped my watch on the floor and the back came off. I took it to them to have it put back on and checked out. They inspected it and even cleaned it up for me. Great people! I will be going to them for my future needs. Thanks!!

While they allude to the fact that they are purveyors and restorers of luxury swiss watches, at most I would reluctantly get a battery change on a Swatch at this establishment. I wanted to change a bezel on my vintage GMT and brought it here expecting a quick turnaround given that it didn't seem a complicated installation. What happened next turned out to be an ordeal. The turnaround was much longer than quoted with a lack of communication. When I finally picked up my watch, things seemed amiss. The installation was done rather poorly with movement of the bezel near impossible. I had provided a vintage bezel to be installed and the one on my watch was quite clearly not the one I had brought in which was confirmed by comparing it to pictures from the dealer I had purchased it from I tried to clarify things via e-mail though many times they would not respond or only ask to call. Sometimes it would take several emails to get a response with rather curt replies. I brought up to them that I was considering legal action. Their tone changed rapidly as did their response time. They claimed they had tried calling and emailing me several times notifying me about the bezel switch. Apparently now my vintage bezel was sitting in a box in their possession that they took upon themselves to keep. The mendacity of their claims was rather obvious. If you have a timepiece of any value, I would suggest avoiding this place. Use an authorized dealer or others without such ill repute. Again if you just need that battery changed on your fine quartz watch or a complicated strap switch head over here.

Llevé el simple Rolex Oyster de mi esposa para un "COA" "Clean Oil Adjust". La cotización fue cara. Al menos sentí que Rolex lo habría hecho por $600, pero me cotizaron 6 semanas. Estos tipos tardaron 4 semanas. Después de abrirlo, encontraron un problema que costó un adicional de $185... Lo pagué... cuando lo recogí, el reloj se veía peor que cuando lo dejé... no se hizo ningún pulido ni abrillantado; el tipo dijo que eso habría sido un cargo adicional de $150. Le dije: ¿entonces tu limpieza es un paño húmedo o algo así?! En este punto estoy a la mitad de lo que pagué por la cosa. Algo huele a pescado... incluso un fontanero deja su zona de trabajo más limpia de lo que estaba cuando llega. Esperaba más. Él discutió conmigo... dije tienes razón; estaba equivocado por haber esperado más... no volveré a venir aquí. El pulido a mano habría eliminado esos rayones... ¡horrible horrible servicio y mano de obra!

Joseph, el dueño, es un buen tipo y realmente servicial. Recibí un servicio en un Rolex 1601 de los años 70 que compré recientemente, que resultó ser bastante complicado de diagnosticar después de notar que no estaba marcando bien la hora. Swiss Watch Repairs encontró el problema, fue comunicativo y me entregó toda la documentación con su garantía. Ahora funciona PERFECTAMENTE.
