Phoned Terry to replace a shower unit. Great guy, friendly and professional. He booked an appointment which was convenient for me as well him. He arrived on the day having phoned in advance. All these ‘little’ things make such a difference. He quoted a price AND kept to it. Tidied up and ensured I was ok working the unit. Absolutely perfect experience and a pleasure to deal. Needed a new boiler, Terry came out and help us choose the right boiler for our needs, gave us a couple of prices .after two days Rob came to install the new boiler he was very good, fitted new boiler in one day no problems clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new boiler. Very happy excellente service.
Liverpool - New boiler and relocation in bathroom, job completed in 2 days. TBH, I was dreading all the mess, but I couldn't recommend Terry and Jake more! Reliable, told me of any issues and quickly sorted them, clean, and tidy, all at a competitive price. Excellent service and very happy.
Had a new garden tap installed today along with a boiler check and service. We've had Terry out a couple of times now and as usual he did a top-notch job. The new tap looks boss and he set my mind at ease over our combi boiler losing pressure occasionally. Very happy with the work done (as I have also been with our past couple of call-outs) and I genuinely appreciated the conversation throughout, which is saying a lot as I'm generally rubbish with people mostly! I fully recommend Terry and his company to all. Thanks again!
