Absolutely couldn’t be happier with the service. Our boiler broke down and they came out the very next day. From the start, everything was explained clearly and honestly. We were talked through the options of repairing versus replacing, with no pressure either way. Given the boiler was around 20 years old, we decided on a full replacement and it was handled flawlessly. The work carried out was incredibly thorough! New boiler, new flue all the way up to the attic, pipework updates, Hive system installed and even roofing and finishing details taken care of. They were literally up on the roof and everywhere in between. It’s obvious they take real pride in doing things properly and to a high standard, not cutting corners. Throughout the whole process they were professional, transparent and reassuring. They took the time to explain how everything works once installed, including the Hive. Despite it being a big job, everything was done efficiently and carefully. Really friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the amount of work involved. I’d 100% recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Used a couple of times now, once to get an outside tap installed and another to replace a faulty stop tap. Each time the work has been carried cleanly and efficiently. 100% recommended.

Highly recommend Glennon Plumbing. Michael and Andrew recently replaced my old, broken boiler—which was over 20 years old—with a brand new Baxi 800. They were incredibly professional and made the whole process stress-free. It was a very tidy job, and they left everything spotless. Fantastic service!
