I got my iPhone fixed here for a fraction of price apple were to charge me, associates here were very accommodating to my timings and fixed it in a very professional manner. Get your phone fixed here if you want the best job and best quality screens. Very reasonable prices for all phone repairs and very quick problem solving staff in store. The best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10
Bought a used iPad 9 generation from them on Friday. I asked them several times if it was ok, or if it had any issues and they said it was fine. I mentioned I wanted it for a gift for my child’s birthday the following day. I got home and half the screen didn’t work; I was unable to scroll or type on the keyboard. Then the screen started going wonky with the keyboard popping up with random typing. I called them to explain what was happening and asked if I could return it for a refund. They mentioned they would have to see what the problem is first. I brought it back the Sunday and showed them the videos of what was going on. They said they could get me another one on Tuesday. I didn’t want to wait as my child was already disappointed that we had to return it. I told them I wanted a refund as they sold me something that wasn’t working properly. They said they had to call their boss to get approval. They called someone and I clearly heard them tell the person on the other end of the phone that it was an iPad. They came off the phone and offered me a lower generation iPad and I told them I didn’t want that version, I wanted a 9th generation. They then said they don’t have authorization on their profile to give a refund. I told them that I wanted to speak to the boss, they mentioned that she is flying and won’t be there until Monday (even though 2 mins earlier they had called her to get approval for a refund). I told them I wasn’t having it and just wanted my money back. They quickly processed the refund. Had I not stood my ground they would have given me the run around. They knew something was wrong with the product, but they still sold it to me. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty, hence the 2 stars. They need to be more upfront with their customers.
I’m really happy with my new iPad and the screen protector case I bought from this shop! The price was very reasonable, and I even got a great discount. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommending this place if you’re looking for good deals and great customer service!
Fixed my galaxy s21fe with an original screen instantly here. Very good service. This is how my old screen looked. Completely smashed on the bottom side and was unable to use the phone. Get your phones fixed here with these professionals
