This particular Texas Art Supply has a very wide variety of various art goods. The rows are long but spacious. I went there for watercolor pads, and they had a nice wide variety for me to choose from, from architectural supplies to paint, pencils, and ink. The people were very knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and very well stocked. I highly recommend this art supply store. I've been going here for years, and I have found it excellent for buying gifts for the creative people in my life.
Texas Art Supply is one of those rare gems where you walk in and immediately feel surrounded by real-deal, high-quality materials. Their paints, papers, brushes, and specialty tools are consistently top-notch, and you can tell they curate their shelves with artists in mind, not just sales. That said, while the quality is fantastic, some items can definitely be found cheaper elsewhere if you’re willing to hunt around. Still, for reliability, selection, and the joy of knowing you're getting the good stuff, Texas Art Supply is hard to beat. Staff is super friendly and helpful when needed!
A small art supply store by the mall. They have everything from discounted kids colors to the fancy oil paints, fancy pointed pins, and even higher end brand spray paints. Give this hidden gem a look at. I certain have been missing out
You don't have a lot of art shops like this one anymore. Prices comparable to online as well
This is one of the better art supply stores (and I've been to ones in over 20 states), especially with how the internet is hurting or closing so many stores. They have good ranges of better and best art materials, including paints and brushes. Fortunately, they also support airbrushing well, with paints, airbrushes, and a good selection of templates. They also have lots of stencil templates that work well for airbrushing. To top it off, they have a fun selection of miscellaneous art stuff/sundries. (I have got to stop buying pens with pandas on them.)
