Such a great community. Every class I have taken has really pushed me and seems adoptable to every strength level. Highly recommend! Chan knows every name that walks through her door. All the instructors are skilled, professional, and fun. I have several gyms closer to my house but this one is absolutely worth the 15 minute drive.
I love this gym and the community that Chan has created with this gym. I love the classes. I am always the least athletic person there but I still feel comfortable. I just push myself as much as I can. I love the instructors. I love the intention behind the space - health and wellness at your ability.
I feel that I have won the lottery by stumbling upon The 360 Approach. I was new to Durham and was only looking for a place to workout. What I discovered instead was this wonderful community of welcoming people. Chan ties everything together not only with her interesting classes that are just challenging enough but also genuine care for her students of all fitness backgrounds. The facility itself is also immaculately clean and well ventilated. I’d recommend The 360 Approach without reservation to anyone in Durham!
360 Approach has been life changing. Chan Little emphasizes a well rounded approach to fitness and her staff are each incredibly supportive. I am almost 50 and easily in the best shape of my life. More importantly, I have a sustainable wellness plan that I am able to consistently maintain. But you can’t talk about 360 Approach without mentioning the tight knit, caring community. During the pandemic, we have connected together to lift each others’ spirit and motivation despite not being able to workout inside. It’s been a tough fall and winter but I am really looking forward to the warm months. Both because of the hopeful end of the pandemic and because I feel more fit and athletic than I have in decades.
When the pandemic hit my former gym closed and did not offer virtual classes. I’m not terribly self-motivated, so I was desperate to find a new but “live” way to keep up my exercise routine during the pandemic (pre-recorded workouts just aren’t for me). I have been doing virtual classes with Chan since March of 2020. They have truly been the perfect fit for me. Prior to starting with The 360 Approach my body had seemed to plateau out with my former exercise routine, but after working with Chan for only a couple months I have been able to reach a level of weight loss and conditioning. I am stronger than ever before. I love her body weight routines that aren’t dependent on me having my own equipment at home. Most of all, I love how Chan calls out my name and gives me personal encouragement and technique suggestions during the classes. Feels almost like we were in person! It is also so easy to sign up & connect through the MindBody App/Zoom. I would highly recommend any type of class at The 360 Approach. Keep up the great work!!!!
