We had an outstanding experience with Kristen Burton in buying a home in Colorado Springs. Everything went smoothly and she kept us up to date on everything throughout the process. When there were a couple of extra inspections and repairs needed, she was ready with reliable people to do the jobs. We probably leaned on her more than usual as we were out of state buyers and couldn't do much in person. All in all, an excellent experience and I highly recommend Kristen and the Awaka Group.
