Chris was excellent. Very knowledgeable and answered our questions and then gave us some time to discuss in private. No pushy sales just honest and fair. We called back and Chris was good to follow-up. He certainly was a big factor in us buying our bedroom set from Cleveland Furniture Company! Thanks
We had a great experience shopping at cleveland furniture co! We went to a dozen other furniture stores, and cleveland furniture was by far the best! They were not pushy at all, they answered all my questions very clearly and actually seemed interested in their customers wants and needs. They have may great deals and will take great care of their customers. The couch we got is very comfortable and also very affordable, other stores had the same couch listed for double if not more. I highly recommend seeing Bob the manager, or pete the sales associate, they were both great and very knowledgeable in their field
I would NOT recommend this establishment if you are looking to purchase a bedroom set. Me and my husband had went inside the store around September to purchase a bedroom set and we were told it should be delivered out to us by a certain time frame. This was not the case and on top of that, two pieces of the bedroom set were damaged so there would be an extra wait time for those. (It is now November and we are supposed to just now get them today). But this is not even the worst of it. When they did deliver the bed frame and side tables, the men putting it together did an absolutely horrendous job. I am going to attach pictures as proof. I did end up signing off on the delivery/them setting it up for us, but I wish I would have looked just a little closer. They did NOT screw in all of the screws into each slat. Multiple slats were not screwed down at all. On top of that, one of the men had asked to borrow a hammer. I thought nothing of it, as I am not sure what tools they needed to complete the job. Upon closer inspection, they hammered SCREWS into the slats!! This is mind blowing - how are you going to have your employees put brand new bed sets together WRONG? Furthermore, upon closer inspection, the headboard of the bed frame looks like it has been scratched and someone filled it in with a marker. It is my fault for not looking closer when they had finished setting it up, but no customer should have to be worried about the slats not being screwed down and the new bed frame being filled in with a marker!!! My husband did call the store to speak with a manager regarding our grievances, and I would say the attitude there is uncaring at best. The manager actually told my husband that "the store doesn't make any money off of these bed sets so we can't give you any sort of credit off". The best we got was a 50 dollar in store credit for future purchases. But based off of the issues we have had, why would we ever want to come back here again? We do not recommend spending your money here.
At Cleveland Furniture the staff was very cordial helpful and patient. Once I finally made my decision on which power Recliner I wanted. The financial service had me approved and delivery time set up in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need more furniture they will be my first choice.
I want to commend the two delivery guys. They were professional, efficient and friendly. They took out the old bulky stuff and put it on the curb. They brought the furniture in easily, not hitting any walls or doorway. They put it together, very knowledgeable about the electrical lines. We picked out the couches that have heat, massage, speakers, lighting and reclines. The warranty was a good price as well as the furniture. Very good quality and we are enjoying it.
