I have been a member for a year now and I am definitely seeing differences in my strength! I have had two shoulder surgeries during that time and Exercise coach has been super supportive and accommodating. It is really nice that as you settle into a routine, you tend to see many of the same people — it does not feel like the standard gym experience where everyone’s is heads down. Whether it is Howard or Sarah or Morgan, you are sure to get a consistent workout in a caring environment.
I have been going to Exercise Coach since August 2019, with a brief exit during the pandemic. I love the results that I am seeing. I feel so much stronger, have more energy and am able to move around much better and quicker than before. The staff is friendly and encouraging. About 95% of the time, I am the only client working out, which is what I prefer over a standard gym. They have 4 equipment stations that keep track of your progress and you can see results immediately on a monitor to shows you how you did compared to previous times on a specific protocol. I highly recommend Exercise Coach and the North Dallas team!
Glad I found Exercise Coach, it’s perfect for a on 65 year old guy who was a one time athlete. If your like me you got to give them a try.
I really appreciate the efficiency. It truly takes 20 minutes for a full strength training workout. The trainers are also great. Morgan, Howard and Sarah always make it a fantastic experience.
I finally found the golden ticket! I cannot recommend this place enough! I have told many of my friends and neighbors about how wonderful my experience is every time I work out. And I cannot believe I actually used to words in the same sentence…workout and wonderful😅. Every trainer - and the owners - are so personable and encourage your every step. And the facility is clean. That was important to me too. So I am 2/3 months in, and seeing results. It’s been a great experience!
