INCREDIBLE From start to finish this venue exceeded expectations for my daughter’s wedding and reception. We visited the venue when they first opened (2020) and thought….maybe one day….,We visited their booth at the Wedding Expo in Virginia Beach 2024. Immediately, we knew that this was THE place! All of the vendors fell into place and the year and then months leading up to this party were like visits with a best friend. Heather and Mandy were the quintessential hostesses and the ENTIRE CBD crew catered to us at every turn. The food…..an entirely different review….but the details…the chandelier, the drapes, the meal to get ready with the champagne for the bridal party. The comfort and welcome atmosphere of the groomsmen area were amazing. The cocktail hour exceeded any expectation with the food and the ambiance. The butler pass option is IT! The food ….. again, a different review but the Neon House is hands DOWN the diamond in the rough venue that should be at the top of every bride’s list!
As a wedding photographer, I've had the opportunity to work at countless venues—and The Neon House in Norfolk is a new favorite in the Hampton Roads area! It's perfect for couples seeking a wedding venue that is modern-industrial with LOTS of options for customization. The venue has a beautiful, bright loft perfect for getting ready photos, and several large, open spaces that are ideal for an indoor wedding ceremony and reception (without the need for a room flip!). The Neon House and Chef by Design were absolutely amazing! Our wedding was beautiful, and the venue speaks for itself in its own way. Its romantic, moody, and industrial vibe was perfect for my vision. Heather and Mandi were there every step of the way for us, and the team made the day unforgettable.
I highly recommend getting married here! From the start of planning to even after the wedding day, we had a very good experience. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The bridal suite and groomsmen suite were so nice and good to have. Having 3 rooms to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in made everything flow so nicely. The food was exceptional. All of our guests said how good the food was and how nice the staff was all day. Heather, Mandi & Marcy went above & beyond for us in so many ways & we are so grateful as they made our wedding the best day of our lives. If you’re getting married, this is the place to do it at!
The Neon House was a wonderful gem for us to find when we were looking for a venue. The “industrial-chique” vibe worked perfectly for our wedding. Heather and Mandi were great as our coordinators for the venue. They pulled together and coordinated everything so well in such a short amount of time, it was definitely a weight off our shoulders to have them backing us up and pointing out the key details we may have missed out on. They definitely built our wedding to look even better than I had initially imagined. Our guests had all positive feedback for us regarding the wedding, the venue, and the food we had for them. Thanks again to the Neon House staff!
