The best review for a realtor is to retain their services a second time. Austen recently represented us in the sale of a rental property, a single-family home, in Tucson. This was the second time Austen was chosen to represent the sale of property in Tucson. Austen Ketchem helped enormously in getting our property ready for sale after tenants moved out unexpectedly. Since we live out of town, Austen did the leg-work to line up contractors that got the property ready for sale. His contacts in Tucson were called upon to remove items left behind by the prior tenants. Austen also lined up people to make ready for sale both the inside and outside areas of the property. However, if no one was available for things needing to be done then Austen rolled up his sleeves and did it himself: he is not afraid to get his hands dirty to help move the sale along. Austen helped us through a couple of offers/counter-offers that eventually sealed the deal. His knowledge of the real estate market and his insight into different types of buyers helped us put together a counter offer that made the sale happen. We always felt Austen had our interests in mind and was willing to work a little harder than most realtors we’ve dealt with in the past. The entire staff of Property Partners that we worked with, was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. Yesenia Montoya was great and acting as a coordinator between us and the title company (First American) and Taylor Barnes in the final steps of the process. We strongly recommend them.
