Not only did Jas ensure the unit was functioning properly, but he also installed a new condensation pump that significantly improved the efficiency of our system. Additionally, he rerouted our drainage lines in a way that made much more sense for our home setup—something we truly appreciated. My first experience with this company has been beyond great. My AC wasn't working properly one afternoon and a friend recommended this company. I spoke with Lamar and he got someone out to my property same day, in just a couple of hours. Thankfully it was a quick and inexpensive fix. Yaz the technician gave me a very clear and detailed explanation of what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future and answered all of my questions.
