The staff is wonderful, especially Michael. Michael showed a sincere concern for my health issue. This is the best experience I have had with physical therapy. I like to express a sincere thanks to those who make Therapy South great!
Everyone at this office was so kind and accommodating! The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns. They provide a thorough assessment and treatment plan. After having been to a few different offices in the area, I would definitely recommend going to this office for physical therapy!
TherapySouth is AWESOME!! John, Megan, and Michael are actively involved in getting to know all the clients. They got me through rotator-cuff surgery, so I'm eternally grateful to them. I really didn't think I could do it and thought my mobility was going to be limited afterward, but they proved me wrong. I'm facing the same surgery on the other shoulder, so I'll be choosing TherapySouth again for my physical therapy -- there's nowhere else I'd rather go!
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They provided excellent care and treatment. 1. Olivia (at the front desk) is professional and courteous. 2. The therapists were prompt (my appt time was at 9 and I was called back at 9, no waiting). 3.The therapist listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. 4. Procedures/exercises that were prescribed were/ are effective.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Therapy South in Huntsville! My wife first started coming here to see Megan, and she had such an amazing experience that she encouraged me to give it a try too. One day while she was at her appointment, I was on the phone with her talking about the pain I was having in my feet. I have multiple things going on with my feet. I have Arthritis Achilles tendonitis neuromas and plantar fasciatis, and it doesn't help that I'm also flat-footed.John overheard the conversation, kindly offered his expert opinion, and that’s what led me to schedule with him. Since starting therapy with John, my flexibility has already improved and my pain has started to decrease — and it’s only been a short time. I’m truly looking forward to continuing my progress here. Megan has done an excellent job also, and I’m so glad my wife went to see her her. She has way more mobility and less pain in her shoulder. Ms. Olivia at the front desk deserves recognition too — she’s so welcoming and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. She's amazing!!! The entire atmosphere feels like family. You relax, exercise, stretch, maybe get a massage, grab some cold water, and you genuinely feel cared for. There’s such a positive vibe, and you can feel the love and dedication from start to finish. If anybody — and I mean anybody — needs physical therapy (or just some “love” for your body), this is hands down the place to go. It’s been a night-and-day difference from my past therapy experiences. Great job John, Megan, and Olivia. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!
