Cesar is hands down one of the best. He always kills it with the cuts and makes sure everything is on point. You can tell he actually cares about his work. If you need a fresh cut, Cesar is the guy 💯
Great little barbershop with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Omar delivered an outstanding haircut precise, stylish, and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
Came in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. Not a long wait at all and you can tell all the guys there are quick and talented. The amostphere was great. My son had so much hair to work with, but Frankie took his time and made him look so handsome! 10/10 recommend. But I will definitely make an appointment next time! I can see their business booming!!!
I have been going to Top Tier for a while now and the experience is always great. Great atmosphere in the shop and good people all around. I scheduled appointments with Cesar at the shop. He's always very attentive and looks out for the customers best interest. I appreciate that he always makes sure the hair cut is exactly how I want it and he's always very personable with his clients.
11/10 recommend! I was new to Arizona and found Marco on Instagram and have never looked elsewhere since. Im a very picky person with who cuts me and my sons hair and i def found the right place! All barbers give nice, clean cuts and very friendly/sporty vibe. Always have NFL, NBA, MMA, & MLB games playing + great music. Great place, don't hesitate and book your appointments!
