Mike helped me through the process from the beginning and was helpful in answering all my questions, providing his expertise and assistance. Sid, my project manager, was super at keeping me informed and making sure I was happy and comfortable with the process all day. Total Roofing did an excellent job start to finish. Harrison was my first initial contact. He walked my roof with the insurance adjuster. He was up front about what would be covered and likely not covered. I dealt with the owner Mike a couple times. Mike tells it straight. Answered all my insurance and advice questions honestly. Jess was the glue throughout the process. If I had a question on schedule, she didn't lead me on, gave me real expectations. She always responded same day with questions. Roofing color, invoicing, gutters, scheduling, and anything else you can think of (I ask a lot of questions.) Jess always traveled to collect payment which I appreciate because I stay busy. She always provided pictures when needed. The team works well together and you can tell they stay busy but on top of it all. If you have a lead time with Total Roofing, ask yourself if you're willing to sacrifice what you want and quality for a quicker install. I didn't want a lesser product. These folks had my roof installed in less than 7 hours(including removing the old one.) They are top notch.
