EAGLES retired/EAGLES Hall Of Fame L (shaddy) McCoy, #25 did a meet and great here. He waved the EAGLES flag I gave him so E-A-G-L-E-S proudly. And most of all, He did the E fans move to E-A-G-L-E-S moves.
The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. They helped me find everything on my list. They offered informed suggestions and were able to answer all my questions. They went out of their way to find a wine I wanted that was buried on the top shelf. I would highly recommend the Cherry Hill store to anyone looking for that perfect gift.
My biggest problem here: I come planning to buy nothing and still end up with a cart's worth. Their selection is phenomenal, there are gems everywhere (under valued items), have tastings every time I've been there (I believe they may be every day). Addition to the regular tastings throughout the store, they have special ones like the one I attended yesterday where they provide snacks and charge an entry fee (they even provide 20% discount on the products sampled). While I've met many who are reasonably knowledgeable about wines and whiskeys, there are 4 people I've met whose knowledge is so great, i especially enjoy conversing with and would blindly trust a suggestion from without first needing to try the product. One of them is Thomas at TW&M. I would have been happy to just enjoy the experience of the tasting last night. Instead, as is often the case, I get to talking to Thomas then next thing I know, we've our hands full of product, which we're always happy we decided to purchase.
Nice place and it has samples on the weekend. Apparently only before 1pm.
I came here a few weeks ago to get some drinks for the night since I was in the area and they had a great selection of wines and they were organized very well too which was helpful when it came to finding what I needed. The staff were also very friendly too.
