From start to finish, Kelsi guided us through the custom engagement ring process. I would trust and recommend her to anyone, whether it’s adjusting a design you already like or completely starting from scratch with a unique idea like us. Kelsi walked us through several iterations of this ring until it was perfect. She sourced the most beautiful lab grown yellow Diamond (& hunted for the right shade of yellow). She helped to make my vision GORGEOUS, structurally sound, and proportionate with side stones. She ensured our satisfaction with the CAD rendering and a wax mold. I feel like the luckiest person to wear this stunning piece for the rest of my life. She is fun, enthusiastic, a good communicator, and really seems to care about your long-term satisfaction as a customer. We feel so grateful she was a part of our story!
